What happens if I need to Cancel my Order?

While we wish everyone could become a Hiker Trailer owner, we know there are circumstances where this may not be the case.  If you have submitted a deposit for a new Hiker Trailer, but need to cancel prior to your Build Confirmation, you are eligible for a full refund (less any payment processing fees).


If you have to cancel your order after your Build Confirmation window, the deposit is non-refundable.


Credit Card payments are refunded to the card used, less a 3% processing fee.  ACH, cash, or check payments are refunded via refund check mailed to your billing address on file.

If you ordered through one of our Dealer Partners, please contact your Dealer directly to cancel your order.  Payment types and processing fees may vary by dealer.
