Here at Hiker Trailers we have a unique process that allows our customers to make a last minute change, cancel their order, or add the forgotten option without penalty. After placing your deposit, we grant all customers a grace period of 2 weeks for the aforementioned before we confirm your build.
Our team will reach out to schedule a quick meeting with you to verify that you have selected all of your desired options before your grace period ends. You may schedule this meeting at your convenience directly from our website if you'd like to confirm sooner, which could help speed up your lead time.
Once you are happy with your selected trailer and configuration, our team will send you a digital sign off containing your final build so you know exactly what we're going to build or customize for you.
After a build is confirmed, deposits are non-refundable.
If you desire edits or changes to your build once it's confirmed, a change order will be needed. Please see our change order article for more details on that process.
